Eugene jewelry is scarce, and this one is a beauty. Arms of sparkling rhinestones in graduated sizes radiate from the large, tall central stone that is 3/8" in diameter. Swirled fluted bicones ring the base of the stone. 1 3/4" in diameter and 3/4" high! The backs of the arms are darker at the tips, showing some age.
