Vintage Old Crown?

This necklace is so fun to wear! Notice the beautiful, dimensional filigree and beaded metalwork. This kitty is 3 1/4" tall and is wearing a bow tie! The chain is 21" long. This necklace is lighter than the one signed "Old Crown, Inc." with the green eyes, but they seem to be identical in manufacture.
