REDUCED FROM $18 Vintage Lovely ruffled flower bracelet with aqua and clear rhinestones. The outside of the stretch band is gorgeous, with beautiful gold and every other segment dressed with a pressed floral design. The inside of the band is stainless steel. The flower is 1" across and 1/12" tall. The central rhinestone is sparkly, while the others have aged. The photo shows this very well. It seems that the back of the flower was enameled, and that is wearing off. Unexpanded, the inside circumference is 5 1/8".
